Midwest Records Storage now offers high speed digital imaging.  This module allows us to scan and digitally archive large volumes of files.  With this service we can effectively and efficiently convert documents into digital format where they can be easily accessed, viewed and shared on-line or over a network.  In addition we can write files to CD and provide an on-site digital archive.  

How Does it work?

As documents are scanned, bar code lead sheets identify each document, automatically linking the image with the corresponding reference information. The efficient use of bar code lead sheets reduces labor costs and increases productivity.
