Multi-Level shelving design
The multi-level shelving is designed for unlimited capacity of cartons of business records. Each level will hold approximately 28,000 cartons. A self supporting mezzanine system was built to add extra capacity.

Facility
The 26,000 square foot pre-engineered steel building was constructed in 1998 with the addition of 16,000 square feet in February 2007. The building is a total of 625,000 cubic feet. Our facility has a ceiling height of 30'. The records center is heated and has specially designed lighting to filter through the multi-level shelving system. There are three docks to accommodate multiple vehicles loading and unloading.
The climate-controlled vault has a separate HVAC system and alarm linked directly to the police and fire departments located only 3 minutes away. The facility is also equipped with a back-up generator for critical protection of computer tapes and other media.
Security
The facility is monitored by a central alarm system linked to police and fire departments only 3 minutes away. System includes smoke, heat and motion detectors as well as door alarms.
Office and vault doors have keypad locks.
The building is equipped with multi-level sprinklers. Access to the building is limited to employees and authorized personnel only. Doors are locked at all times and vehicles are secured when unattended.
Industry leading digital video surveillance system strategically placed throughout office area and records center for maximum security. The images are backed up for a minimum of 90 days through our secure web server.
A staff member is on call 24/7/365.
