Media Services

The Media Vaulting service is designed to partner with companies Diaster Recovery plans and/or Business Coninuity by storing back media forms off-site in our secured vault.  Cusomized rotation services are available and tailored to your current disaster recovery requirements. 

The climate controlled media vault has 3 mezzanine levels which will house 90,000 media forms.  The vault has a 4-hour fire rating and is equipped with  a separate HVAC system and back up generator for emergency power loss.  Two separately functioning alarm systems including industry leading bio-metrics systems provides another layer of protection for your valuable data. Two Digital Video Survellience camares are strategically placed in the vault.  The images are backed up for a minimum of 90 days.

The temperature is monitored on a daily basis to ensure proper humidity and temperature levels.  The vault has restricted access to anyone other than MRS Employees.

Our industry leading Vault Management software tracks media movement in house and is also vailable to the client through our Vault Web Module services.
